In 1995 we introduced CAD drawing facilities with a specialised cutting program. With this system, clients’ CAD drawings are uploaded, via our programming centre, onto the cutting machines. We also design to customers’ specific needs and requirements.
Conventional gas cutting has been updated by the introduction of 3 CNC profile cutting machines.

In 2008, we purchased our first High Definition Plasma Cutting Machine with cutting capabilities of 4000 mm x 2000 mm plates from 2 mm to 30 mm, which is fully computerised.
We have one grinder capable of grinding 2800 mm x 1000 mm x 500 high and another grinder capable of grinding 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 200 high.
We offer profile cutting and champhering of scraper blades for the sugar industry. Due to the high accuracy of the CNC path, these scraper blades can be cut without error on the pitch of the teeth, eliminating the need for machining.
